In-person coaching
Do as many or as few sessions as suits you or your crew, recurring or ad hoc. On the water or on the erg, working on whatever needs the most attention that day.

Boat rigging and setup
$165A 90-minute session getting your rig right for your body and your boat.
Arranged directly with me, since it needs a place as well as a time. Buy it and I will be in touch to sort one, or if you would rather lock in a time first, email me and we will do it that way round.
Video analysis
$65Send your footage, up to 3 minutes combined, and I will return an on-camera breakdown plus a written summary of what to work on.
Runs through a private folder I set up for you the moment you pay, so watch for that link rather than looking for an upload box. Turnaround starts when your footage lands, not when you buy.
Consultation call
$65 · $90 · $110A one-off call to talk something through, whatever length suits. Training, technique, a race plan, a decision about where to go next.
Calls run weekday early afternoons, Sydney time, between 12:00 and 1:45pm. Buy the length you want, then reply to your confirmation email with a day that suits and I will lock a time in. I can sometimes do other times, so email me before you buy if none of those work.
